Transforming Global Health Supply Chains for Improved Health Outcomes: Incentive alignment, outsourcing, partnerships, and performance measurement
This will focus on innovations in global health supply chains and explore emerging trends in information acquisition and sharing, coordination across stakeholders to improve efficiency and service and best practice ideas on public/private partnerships. The conference will assemble a collection of experts in the field – academics, country planners, NGOs, logistics practitioners and donor representatives to explore these topics. The three day conference will include two days of presentations and discussions from experts in the field and one day of training regarding best practice tools in supply chain management. Attendees will thus get access to both best practice results as well as “how-to” ideas for implementation in their respective contexts.
